How to add custom ASIC libraries in catapult tool ?

Hi All,
Can some one help how to add custom ASIC libraries to the catapult tool and use that for area and power generations.

I have gone through help section and found we can acheive this using library wizard. But i am unable to find the library wizard under task section.

Did you run Catapult Library Builder (catapult -prod lib&). That will have the library wizard so you can characterize the library. Need the .lib/.db pair and Design Compiler set up to run the RTL runs that will characterize the library.
